Miscellaneous Condition Open Planning Division High School Road Complete Street Agreement with TOJ may be required: The Development Permit application may be deemed incomplete if it does not include an agreement with the Town of Jackson on how the applicant will contribute to complete street design improvements along the portion of High School Road that directly bounds the permit site to the north.
